Because of the processor (Intel) and its architecture (64 bit).
Not all programs (especially games) are optimized for Intel (even for 32 bits).
Do programs and codecs need to pay attention to the presence ofx86. And, if there is, give preference to such files.
For example: BSPlayer-1.27.189_x86.apk, ACE_Stream_Engine_3.0.3_x86.apk
Maybe when Intel's will be presented in mobile Android devices at the level of MediaTek and Qualcomm, the games will be lagged at all equally :)
