In games, not so much. PvZ 2 sometimes slows down when a large batch is on the screen. Asphalt 8 at high settings is quite playable, but FPS sometimes drops noticeably. Antutu issued 45104 parrots.
IMHO screen is excellent, bright and very colorful. Cinema looks great, the picture is clearly better than for example on MS Surface 3.

I will insert my five kopecks as the freshly baked owner of this device (I have a version with lte).
The screen is quite bright, although I met it and brighter. But, I think, 99% of users will be satisfied with the brightness.
This is my first device on the android, so maybe something is overtaking. But I found a couple of embarrassing moments:
1. went to the settings in the Smart Manager. The device is virgin, I did not install anything at all (and practically did not even turn it on), immediately after the reboot it shows that 50% of the RAM is occupied. I opened the preset chrome, it has two tabs (Yandex and RBK news) - another 200 MB of RAM (10%). This is normal?
2. WIFI incoming speed. I measured the speed at 2ip -2-3 mbps. Nearby is the iPhone 5 - at least 20 Mb / s. And this is not just a meter tupit, I noticed that at a speed something was wrong when I got on YouTube (test the quality of the video) and the video was barely loaded. Maybe something should podshamanit? tell me pzhl.
3. The bottom of the tablet, which is under the screen, is heated, that is, in fact, a small band width with the index finger. Not that it was possible to fry eggs, but it is impossible not to notice the heating. This is despite the fact that I simply opened the settings and chrome, clicked on the screens, icons for about 10 minutes.
4. The speakers are located in the bottom, so with the landscape layout, if you hold it with two hands, there is a risk of closing them.

Yes. And even quite a few, busy in the sense. In android, as in any OS, there are all sorts of caches, prefetches, buffers, etc., which take up RAM even if nothing is running - this speeds up further work. If necessary, the RAM is released. And Chrome itself eats quite a lot of memory.

This not normal. When I connected to WiFi 5GHz, the real speed was probably under a hundred Mb / s, if not more. And with the video over the network there was not the slightest problem, the tablet quietly twisted even BD rips in FullHD. Perhaps there is some kind of misunderstanding with your particular router, this often happens.

All the same, managed to get a normal copy in Citylink, and Yulmart and trying to sell the defective. General impressions are purely positive, nowhere nothing creaks, does not play, works smartly. I sit for 2 hours, I did not insert the sim card, but the wifi is always on, 3% went away. Especially nothing to compare with, but compared to SGN 2 it flies in supersonic sound. I stuck the card at 128 SanDisk, writes about 10-12 MB / s. No one has tablets / glasses in the presence and will not be in the next couple of weeks.

According to the tablet: there’s really nothing to compare with anything - before that there was an ancient acer iconia 501 (sort of).
Immediately after the purchase I asked to upgrade, which I did (version 6.0.1)
Quite smart, I did not notice any lags and brakes, especially in the browser (someone in what review wrote that it believes). I was very pleased with GPS (in fact, for me it was the most important - I am going to use it on trips, including as a car and on foot navigator), I have an admin etrex 20 compared the cold start time - at least equal.

Of course. The form factor (aspect ratio) is rather unusual. I used the old acer as well for reading pdf, in this sense a Samsung with such a screen is inferior in that in portrait orientation pdf will look worse, therefore, really, probably, it will be necessary to read in the album version.
