download firmware for e173 or another imei-recovery-template-huawei-e173-353237839847796 from the Internet
In the 08.bin file, change the name to your own and flashing it with the flasher. Do not forget to change the diag port in the ini file of the flasher to the one that will be in favor of the mod.
