Problems with Search Service got out.

It is possible, but not the fact that it will do - most manufacturers do not allow root-access to the phone through ADB. You can check by opening the file default.props in the root (/) of the phone - if ro.secure = 0 or ro.debuggable = 1, adb will have root rights and the adb root command will work. If not, then the answer will be "something there is disabled in production builds". If the adb root-access is not available, the option described by me immediately disappears (the root remains on the phone). If the adb gets access, you need to find this search service (maybe it will be there, maybe not), and delete it in exactly the same way (only the directory and file names may differ, the command to mount the system partition for writing and back will remain the same) .
