Peggo is an application that allows you to download sound from any YouTube video in MP3 format and save it to Android. You can do the same with any song hosted on SoundCloud as well.
Using Peggo is as easy as entering the name of what you want to load in the main text menu of the window. After that you will see a list of all the results; you just need to tap one to go to the recording screen (which is very similar to the YouTube page).
On this screen you just have to press the MP3 record button if you want to download the entire song. In addition, you can customize your selection to record only a certain bit of audio. So for example, you can only record the chorus of a song, so you can use it as a ringtone for your phone.
You will find all your music on the download tab (which can be configured in the application settings). In order to play your music, though, you need an external application, such as Google Play Music or n7Player, since Peggo does not include an integrated media player.
Peggo is an excellent application for downloading music in MP3 format, as it offers almost the entire library on YouTube and SoundCloud. In addition, the way the application works is incredibly simple.
