The smart case is machined on a CNC machine with an accuracy of micron (otherwise no other components will fit into it) according to the 3D model that is loaded into it (the model is checked before loading into the machine a few times), after the smart frame it is scanned for quality control (of course, not with the eyes, but machine vision system with tremendous speed and accuracy), then other components are put into this frame during assembly (which just do not fit into the curved frame in cases) and then finally checked (also not by man, but by machine).

Understand that the probability of a physically curved button, especially on all white devices, is zero !!
