There is nothing like it on the market right now. There used to be attempts like viliv n5 and a number of Chinese, but then they were very weak in terms of hardware and cost like a good laptop.
So now just wait for win. If sales go maybe someone else will pull. But the niche is frankly small, so you should not wait for a shaft of devices.
