Yes, that's exactly 2 minSIM or minSIM + microSD, in both slots there is LTE, but only one can be selected as active.
The radio module is also one when you talk via SIM1, SIM2 is not available for incoming calls and vice versa.
The slot is not hybrid, the card is placed in the same place, but rotated 90 degrees, the pins inside the device are just in another place.
