Brick managed to restore the firmware change. I poured the firmware from the working chamber and poured it into the brick.
The camera started up immediately.
Thus, the problem still lies in the flash. Now I'm testing the camera in different modes - everything seems to be working.

On Aliexpress found a USB programmer "CH341A".
