Try the following:
Rename ole32.dll and Oleaut32.dll, for example in ale32.dll and Aleaut32.dll.
Hex-editor (for example WinHEX), open the file.
Find in the executable all references to ole32.dll and Oleaut32.dll and rename them.
Save the file, copy the renamed libraries next to the file.
It should work out. The results are voiced. Good luck.
