I forgot to indicate in the table that the road kit (HDR-AS200VT) comes with 2 batteries included and the headband is a clip on a cap or something similar, without the hoop itself, as in the BLT-CHM1 set
I don’t know the number of batteries in the other sets, even Sony doesn’t know this, judging by the information on their Russian and English sites)

Hello ))
Super that created the topic, tell me pliz on the quality of the record is there to compare?
I want to understand about hero4 silver and Sj5000 plus how is it?

And another question about the mountings, action cameras have never been right now I choose,
Interested in lower mounting on aquabox, they differ from the pro? That is, I am interested in the possibility of installing a camera on a surfboard, glossing it for hire, they often have a plastic mount installed in which you can install go pro in the box, there are similar slots on the box or they are different

And how about the stability of the work? No glitches?

Hello!

Look if you have not watched the video, which compares the camera.
Before that, I only had a SJCAM 5000X Elite camera, nothing more to compare with.

Everything is of course subjective, these cameras are in different categories, Sony is much more expensive, but in my opinion it is better in all respects, so to speak, an uncompromising option.
The advantages of Sony can be recorded excellent stabilization (the best on the market), a great picture, sharp, with a good white balance and dynamic range (without overexposure and loss of detail in the shadows).
SJCAM5000X is similar in the picture, but its trouble is in the bad software of the camera, it is frankly raw and has various problems, perhaps in the future it will be fixed. Sony also has firmware 1.00 out of the box (it’s the last one at the moment) and for my short time there were no problems, everything is stable, including working on Wi-Fi with a phone and Live Remote.

As for the mountings, I didn’t have a GoPro, I can’t say for sure, but they are incompatible with mine for accessories. Sonya has his own screw fixture (thinner), however for him there is an adapter bundled on a standard tripod, perhaps through such a mount, and it would turn out if there was a photograph of the mount on the boat, one could say more definitely.

The stability, as I have said, is good, partly it confirms that the firmware has never been updated, which means there are no serious flaws.
The camera normally supports 64Gb cards (SJCAM5000X could write to them, but could not lose).

I have a whole bunch, there are Chinese, taken on sales OV 32Gb and Sandisk 32Gb (on JD.ru), the original Sandisk 64GB from Amazon, and Kingston 64Gb with GearBest, some SDHC, some SDXC (better), everything works perfectly when recording FullHD 60 frames.

I cannot measure the speed for now, I don’t have a card reader with USB 3.0.
XAVC on SDXC writes and loses normally.

That is, for havc, usually class 10 is enough, not necessarily to take at a speed of more than 50 Mbit?
P.s. Actually purchased the camera today, so you can compare

Congratulations! Now we will share our impressions.

From the SONY website:
When recording XAVC S format movies, use the following memory cards:
  • SDXC memory card with at least 64 GB (Class 10 or faster)
  • UHS-I compatible SDXC memory card
  • Memory Stick XC-HG Duo

Tell me how remote control when shooting convenient? I took the camera with nothing to think about whether to buy it.
Is it waterproof?

As for me, the RM-LVR2 must have remote, it is difficult to frame it without it, it’s convenient to change the settings on the camera, yes, all this can be done from the phone, but with the remote control on the hand it’s more convenient at times.
And it is waterproof to 3 meters.

HINT: You can buy the first version of RM-LVR1, it is cheaper than a thousand by 2, after updating the firmware it also works with our camera, from the minuses they write that it has hard buttons, the second version is softer.

Of optional, but pleasant, I still bought:
Sony ACC-TRDCX Travel Kit (BC-DCX charger + NP-BX1 battery)
Semi Hard Case LCM-AKA1 for Action Cam

Is the first one also waterproof?
P.s. It can be found for 4k, really the only difference is in the buttons?)))

Yes, also up to 3 meters.
When I tried to understand what is the difference between these consoles, then according to Sony's version nothing (if you update the firmware), according to the version of the customers - the buttons, the rest seems to be the same.
What I bought ...

Where is it written? The remote allows you to view videos and photos, you just need to switch on it in the menu mode.

I managed to connect the remote with the camera Sony NEX-6)

In the basic version, it is proposed to charge the battery inside the camera via microUSB from a computer or a power supply. If there are several batteries, it is more convenient to purchase external charging.

I did not measure how much time the remote on the hand lives? Does it have an auto-off screen?

I just noticed that the topic was created just ... you will also be taken on a review of the camera and accessories VT

I can’t say anything for the duration of the work, the device is not enough time on hand.
I did not notice the console auto-off, the camera in standby mode is turned off after 5 minutes (again, I didn’t measure it).

By the way, how much do you charge from your computer via usb?
Correctly understand that when acc. Is it charged the yellow light should go out?)

From the camera instructions
Charging method: Charging USB 5.0 V dc current, 500 mA / 800 mA
Charging time
Using an NP-BX1 computer (supplied): approx. 4 hours 5 minutes
Using AC-UD10 (sold separately) NP-BX1 (supplied): approx. 2 hours 55 minutes
Power supply method: USB power supply (1.5 A or more recommended)

Remote controller
USB charging: 5.0 V DC, 500 mA / 800 mA
Charging time
using a computer: approx. 4 hours 5 minutes
using AC-UD10 (sold separately): approx. 2 hours 55 minutes

In the BC-DCX charger
Full charge time (approx.) 120 min (when using AC-UD10, AC-UD11)

Light bulb, yes, it goes dead after charging.

I charge from a multi-port USB power supply, which can produce up to 2 amps, then measure it in detail.
