- copy the Nuance folder to any convenient location of the phone's memory card, then phone settings - Language and input - TTS settings - activate Vocalizer TTS and reload the settings, only then go back to TTS settings to press the gear of the selected module - go to settings for Vocalizer TTS - select a folder with voices (I have / storage / extSdCard / Nuance) and reload the settings again, then in the TTS module, in the Language tab, select any language (I chose MilenaPremiumHigh), after that it will become the default language.

Possible solution to samsung tts problem
Installation:SamsungTTS_0.0.3.apk install as usual apk, and unzip the archive to the internal drive. Who crashes the same, accomplish your goal. Only in the "Samsung speech conversion module settings" crashes, and so it works.
It should work without root. After that, S-Voice will also talk
P.S be sure to delete the tts folders from samsung in system / tts

Description: new contact and phone icons from dump a310f
Installation:Drop apk into system / priv-app / SecContacts_L. Be sure to remove the old apk
