Made for Swift - I will do it for Storm :)
I assembled a fully working TWRP for Storm. With the help of TWRP, you can easily flash root, CyanogemMod, other custom commands (oh, yes, they will be soon), make backup systems.

Installation Instructions:

1. Unlock bootloader bythisinstructions
   
2. Download TWRP from this post below.
   
3. Flash it with the command
   
   fastboot -i 0x2970 flash recovery kipper-t0x1.img

You can boot into the recovery by pressing the volume down and the power button.

1. Make sure that fastboot and adb drivers are installed on your computer.
2. Enable the "Debug Mode" in the settings for developers. (To enable development for developers, click 7 times on the "Build number" in "About phone")
3. Enable "Factory Unlock" in the settings for developers.
4. Connect the device to the computer via USB.
5. Open a command prompt and reboot the device into fastboot mode using the command.

adb reboot bootloader

6. When the device is loaded in fastboot mode, check the connection with the command
fastboot devices
If you do not see the number of your device in the list, but instead see "<waiting for device>", means you did not install the fastboot driver
If you see "no permissions fastboot", try running the command prompt as administrator
7. Enter the command to unlock the bootloader.

fastboot -i 0x2970 oem unlock-go

8. reboot the device

fastboot reboot

9. When the device is fully loaded, you will need to re-enable the "Debug Mode" in the settings for developers.
