Plug-in network cable from the RT-N14U bottom port to the LAN port
RT-N14U socket for 5 seconds
The LED will go out every second day.
From your PC run the firmware recovery utility (downloaded in Step 2)
In the firmware recovery utility GUI you downloaded in step 1
Still in the firmware recovery click click "Upload"
Find the RT-N14U firmware recovery utility in recovery mode and upload the firmware file
Once upload complete (RT-N14U), all lights should be on, wait for a few minutes

and then shove your backup as written here:

Restore OpenWrt configuration

You can restore the previously saved OpenWrt configuration via

web interface: System>Backup / Flash Firmware>Backup / Restore
command line:

tar xzvf -C / /path/to/your/backup-xxx.tar.gz

If you got a backup file and get the "invalid magic" error (upgrade to the latest version first):

cd /
tar -xvf /path/to/your/backup-xxx.tar

I figured out, dear, and solved the problem!
I want to share, can someone come in handy.
So:
1. As the ancient truth says: if nothing helps - download / read the InstructionR7562_RT_N14U_Manual_Russian.pdf(8.98 MB)
There we find p. 50 - section "Restoring firmware"
2. Next, download the Asusov utility to restore the firmware Firmware RestorationRescue.exe(3.86 MB)
and install on your device.
3. Download the latest firmware from the offsite:
- follow the linkhttps://www.asus.com/N…14U/HelpDesk_Download/
- select the section Driver & Tools
- choose the OS of your device
- and, finally, download the latest firmware file
4. Connect the router through the cord (in the router there is a connector where the Internet cable is usually inserted)
5. In the network card we prescribe - ip 192.168.1.10 and mask 255.255.255.0
6. We act according to the instructions on p. 50 iiiii ... voila! few minutes and ready
7. Now insert the cord into one of the four working connectors.
8. Configure the router and the network for yourself and the provider.
9. We return the changed ip and mask to the place (tick on "Automatic")
P.S. And remember, do not reflash the router via WiFi as I did) Still, there is a chance to get a "brick".
