For myself, I solved the problem using a program fromof thismy post. Simply in the stock theme, apply (as you already did) icons from the topic in which you like the icons of the applications you need. Create a widget (s) of the desired or desired applications using the above program. After applying again stock icons. The icons will change, and the widget will remain from the previous set of icons. After you hide the standard shortcut of the icon, and on the desktop there is the widget you need.
