Hello, help solve the problem with this tablet.
When you enter the gallery, the message "drive will not find" appears;
Wifi is on;
When connected to a PC via a USB tablet, the computer sees only in MTP mode, and there are no files, just an empty folder with the name of the tablet.
A full reset did not help.
Attempts to reflash in vain. I tried all the ways described in the comments. Either a 4032 error appears or the computer simply does not respond to the tablet.
Please help me to solve this problem.

What was done:
1) usbdeview-x86 - on behalf of the administrator cleaned all the firewood with the name mediatek
2) removed all the firewood mediatek (control panel - programs - remove programs)
3) The MTK_USB_All_v1.0.8 driver package is installed
4) Download the latest SP_Flash_Tool_v5.1820_Win
5) Used firmware from the header for T82-3G_fw_20140422_VK.zip (in this case 1416)
6) Preloader_mr706 (it was not substituted !!! the native one was used)
7) It is advisable to charge the battery directly from the BP to =>3.8 volts

At the first attempt (volume + and reset) to flash (Download), the USB flash drive issued that you need to select Format All + Download,
That was successfully selected and the device was successfully sewn, started and the touch worked at the same time.
IMEI naturally flew off and was later restored.
