This is Google's protection. Works on all devices with Android 5.0 and higher. Made so that they do not steal phones, or data from them, if the device is simply lost, etc. I must say that even a full flashing does not save. Look for the account owner.
Reset can be done only by regular means, i.e., through the system menu.

Instructions on firmware

Firmware manual:
1. Download and extract the file containing the firmware.
2. Open the Odin Tool.
3. Download the device in "Download Mode":
Press the Volume Down, Power and Home buttons at the same time for 5-8 seconds until the mode turns on.

4. Connect the device to the PC via a USB cable while in Download mode.
5. Next, check the “Auto Reboot” and “F. Reset Time” options in the Odin Tool.
6. Click the AP button then browse and select the tar.md5 file from the extracted folder.
7. Finally, click the Start button to start flashing the update on your device.

USB flash drive(I connected to 8gig formatted in fat32)

We download archive, we unpack from itDev Settings.apkon a regular USB flash drive. We load the phone (wait for the boot to at least select the language), connect the USB flash drive via OTG (it is desirable to use the minimum length of the wire, with a long can not see the flash drive (thanksseregga33)) withDev Settings.apkfile on it. We wait. After a few seconds, the file manager will start automatically. In it we see ourDev Settings.apk, instalim it (the fastest after Hard Reset when trying to install apk, there will be an inscription "Installation is blocked", click on configure and tick off "Unknown sources"). Install the APK and immediately launch it. Select at the bottom of the menu Backup and reset and click Reset Data. UPD !!!: If the OTG definition does not work for you and the file manager does not open, do not be discouraged, since this solution is considered to be a firmware bug. ON SMART Samsung SM-G361H / DS worked, on the latest firmware version OTG does not work, did roll back on G361HXXU0AOJ1 from 10/01/2015 after which OTG started working again and opening the file manager when connected!

Therefore, I present to your attention the firmware for the G361H with an embedded root, the resolution of writing to an external memory card and a remote Knox for Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and the Caucasus regions. By the way, when Samsung writes that the firmware is for Ukraine or Russia or Kazakhstan or Uzbekistan or the Caucasus regions, it is always true, because it is the same firmware for these regions, since they all exist in the regional part and the application of the region after firmware depends on the Sales code specified in the efs section in the file along the path efs / imei / mps_code.dat, that is, depending on what is written there, that region will be set, so if it says SER there will be regional settings for Russia, SEK - for Ukraine, SKZ - Kazakhstan, CAC - Uzbekistan , CAU - Caucasian regions.
