Faced two points:
1. After installing the driver (Win7 64) with a normal phone connection, it gives an error installing the adb driver.
I tried to install manually according to the instructions - it did not work. I simultaneously pressed the "Volume + - and Power On" buttons, the phone hung on the Elephone logo. I connected the phone to the computer. The driver got himself.
2. The Qualcomm Smartphone Multi-Port Software Upgrade Tool program runs in windowed mode, not all is visible. The window size could not be changed, but the launch of the flashing was a success.
The phone was sewn quickly. Firmware 5.1.1_20151123 (Russian version) works without comment.

Installation:
1. Install TWRP 2.8.7 (if not already done)
2. Copy the .zip firmware file to your device’s internal memory or to an SD card.
3. Boot into TWRP (power on and volume +)
4. Run Wipe - Factory reset
5. Install the firmware
6. Reboot, use.
