Instructions

Installing custom firmware

Preparation for firmware:

1. Download the desired firmware.
   
2. Copy the necessary zip-archives to the memory card: firmware (for example CM12.1) and addition (Google Apps, tweaks ...).
   
3. Boot into recovery (how to install recovery is written above). When you turn on the phone, hold down the "power" + "volume down" + "volume up" buttons and hold until the recovery menu appears.

Recovery should be no older than version 2.8.7.7
In the recovery menu:

1. Choose an itemBackup(this will allow you to make a full backup of your phone and save it to a memory card), return to the main menu.
   
2. Choose an itemWipe (factory reset), then return to the main menu.
   
3. Scroll to itemInstalland select the firmware from the memory card, go back and install Google Apps in the same way.
   
4. After the installation is complete, return to the TWRP main menu and select the itemReboot.
