I don’t see AKM AK4375 markings anywhere, maybe it is hidden under one of the metal plates. The only plate I managed to remove was the one that covers the MSM 8916 itself and Samsung's memory chip.

Suppose you have 010 04 and FOTA defines it that way. And the aboot section (which, in general, is responsible for fastboot operability) is from 010 02. The incremental updates, i.e. contain only patches. Before updating, the sha1 of the aboot section is checked, and if it matches the one in 010 04, then it is updated to the next version. Naturally, if you flash the package with the XDA, then part of the sections you will not already have from 010 04. Therefore, the OTA update will not work.

If, in the next update, none of the sections you patched will not be updated, then the update will be successful.
