On the first page is my post with a custom core. Now I have assembled the firmware, already a lot of work.
After you finish, you can collect 5.1 from the source code of mtk. CM on others is also on the 5.0 core, so there is a lot of sawing there.

Experimental firmware

I downloaded it, it booted quickly, IMEI crashed, recovery from backup via dd does not run, there is no network. Now I will try to score with my hands, let's see what happens.

No way I could get a working network, many recommend formatting the bodies completely and fill in the firmware with a clean one, then restore the nvram. I try, until I have only checked the phone =) I restore it =)
