When you use fastboot on a Swift device, you need to add the vendor id (-i 0x2970) to the command. For example, "fastboot -i 0x2970 devices" instead of "fastboot devices"

3. Enable "Factory Unlock" in the settings for developers.
4. Connect the device to the computer via USB.
5. Open a command prompt and reboot the device into fastboot mode using the command.

6. When the device is loaded in fastboot mode, check the connection with the command

If you do not see the number of your device in the list, but instead see "<waiting for device>", means you did not install the fastboot driver
If you see "no permissions fastboot", try running the command prompt as administrator
