Introduction:
vcREG is a registry editor for Lumia devices that allows you to edit the registry at the system level, so you can use it to get Interop Unlock, or for other tweaks. Unfortunately, an SD card is required for this method. This method has been tested on most devices, ranging from the Lumia 520 to the Lumia 1520.

If you have already unlocked your phone, you can install vcREG_1_1_SIDELOAD.xap, and use this registry editor.

If there is no unlock on your phone, follow the instructions below.
