If this section is free at least about ~ 600MB, then any recovery normally creates a Nandroid backup. If there is less free space, then any recovery will reboot without permission during DATA backup, with less space, the faster it will reboot. If there is a little less free space, the recovery can go into reboot even when calculating MD5 of a ready-made archive with DATA backup.

At the expense of the Internet, try to create a profile apn. Go into the settings, select the item that includes the Internet (I do not know how it is called on the pakmen). There select access points apn. If there is empty, then click the menu button and create a profile. I had to specify the name and apn (I entered any and I set up the operator myself later).
