The latest version of Syncthing-Silk from Google Play (0.2.78) is incompatible with the new version Syncthing (0.12) for Windows.
Zilode (developer) 25/09/2015
I'm currently pausing the silk client because I do not have the time to resolve the outstanding bugs. As soon as I'm happy with the current state I'll relaunch it.

OpenSilk recently started providing an upstream F-Droid repo athttps://ssl.opensilk.org/fdroid/repo
Simply add it to the repositories of the F-Droid app and install Syncthing-Silk;)
https://github.com/Zil...ncthing-silk/issues/43

Therefore it is necessary or not to update the desktop version to 0.12 or to take new versions for Android F-Droid (now there is 0.5.5).
But what about F-Droid'noy version can not say anything, not yet watched. Has anyone checked?

How does it work if both devices are of gray IP address of the operator?

In this case, will work through relay servers - this option is enabled by default
