Guys, put a stable with a multi-meter from the cap v7.0.8.0 - when booting the loop, throws back to TWRP. I downloaded again, wipe everything as it should be the same.
There was a similar problem, resulted in returning on the Stock Recava and a reservoir of TWRP firmware, but it can help and simply re-install TWRP.
