Just download the latest atlas of Russia or the desired region and upload it to the USB flash drive or the internal memory of the navigator along the path navitel / navitel content / maps

I found NaviTel-9.1.0.447_WCE6 changed in the folder I renamed exe-shnik, it does not start, the screenshot below with an error at startup and the version of Navitel that works.
