- The application DOES NOT SUPPORT m3u playlists (or any others)! The only way to play them in an application is to use a portal that supports such playlists.
- If you use the remote control, the top panel will not open when you press the remote control buttons (in most cases). To open it, move the cursor to the top of the screen.

The emulator is mainly intended for use on tablets with Android 3.0+.

The ability to play video / audio depends on the presence of embedded (or externally installed) codecs, so if you do not start the video, then most likely the problem is the lack of codecs and / or the poor quality of the WiFi / Ethernet network.

Known bugs:
- in some cases, when returning from the settings menu / selecting a new profile, the portal scripts do not completely reload and it becomes inoperative.
- Also sometimes incorrect portal pages scaling occurs if the displayed page elements do not completely fill the screen.
In both cases, you must re-select the profile from the list.

I am no longer working on this project, so I don’t remember all the details, but I will try to help.
We need not ffmpeg, but simply the presence of the necessary codecs in the system. I developed it primarily for Linux, so I didn’t have problems with the necessary codecs, they were already installed. For Windows, the best thing to put some Codec Pack. Once there were K-Lite Codec Pack and Combined Comunity Codec Pack, with which I tested the application at one time, I don’t know if they have been updated since.
You can also try rebuilding yasem from source (Qt 5.2+ is needed with QtWebkit), since the last version I compiled for Windows does not include the QtAV player. If you manage to build, then switch the player to QtAV in the settings and everything should work even without third-party codecs.

In this case, change the remote control (better to any one with 20+ buttons).
Some console manufacturers make firmware in such a way that some buttons are processed directly by the system and cannot be intercepted from user applications. So you need to either install the firmware without this feature (which is usually impossible to do, since there are no other firmware), or change the remote control so that the codes of the necessary buttons do not match the codes of the buttons of the native remote control.

In the Developer Tools, you can view all requests to the Stalker server and responses, and simply write your own server giving the same data. Including, there will be a request for getting the link of the video stream (there is not m3u, but the usual json with the answer).
