In my example in iTunes Store, the album Ratatat "Magnifique" is only on preorder. Released July 17.
Apparently, as soon as the iTunes Store is available, the rest of the tracks in Apple Music will appear.

Good day! To clear the place, close the Music application, then turn off and turn on the menu item Settings - Music - Media Library iCloud.
We are waiting for the next updates to fix this bug.
