As for the 620g custom firmware, there are currently no kernel sources, so you will not be able to compile the recoveries. As soon as they come out, I will collect the recoveries and the kernel, but what does it mean, guess yourself :).
By the way, you can get a root and update blinkfid to version 7. If you are interested, I will write how.

Friend, I put myself on the 620G through the Chinese iRoot. Then I put SuperSU, and then deleted the Chinese trash that went along with the rutting.
Try, then write back how it went (if you haven't tried it yet)

I wondered about twrp and missed one important point - cwm can be compiled without source (kernel), but you need a kernel that needs to be removed from the body and while I'm stuck on it, htc is too smart with partitions, dump_image drinks errors under Linux via adb Try it ... right now, while I'm merging the android repository, if everything works out (with a core dump), then the hardware is recovered and as a result - custom firmware :)
