How to install translated plugins in the MiHome program

The trick is that this thing has a peculiarity in playing the radio. It plays on auto-update playlists (and if you send it to playlist.php? Radioid = xxxxxx, and not to xxxxxx.m3u8, it also crashes) containing audio chunks of limited duration. As I understand it at the moment, only two formats - AAC and MPEG-TS. On others, he has a kernel panic and a reboot. At the same time, I pushed AAC to him and 128kbps - it hacks him normally (the sound quality grows almost imperceptibly due to the smallness of the device itself).
