Comrades in grief, here is my story:
In the early days of April (about 3-4), it was no longer allowed to enter PSN from the console. He played until midnight, turned off, went to bed, everything was fine. In the morning, it wasn’t allowed.
Symptoms are the same as you all have. It does not start from the console, or from the computer, or from the tablet to sites like store.playstation.com (they are all connected to a router with a wired connection, Moscow region). Actually then I started digging on the problem.
The search basically returned the results of the December attack on Sony's servers, i.e. has nothing to do with this problem.
I temporarily lost my temper, but still sometimes I looked for solutions, and topics with a similar problem began to come across in the search. I realized that not one such, and calmed down a bit.
What it all led to:
I think that the problem is exclusively on the Sony side. Why?
1. I handed out a 3G megaphone Moscow from a tablet, everything works as it should, but very very slowly.
2. After logging into psn from the Internet from the tablet, I switch to a wired connection, the store starts to work, but now I can’t play games on the network anymore, because says that I left PSN, although it appears in the console settings that the login is completed.
3. I approached two neighbors from other floors, they have the same provider, everything works as it worked (it’s really insulting here). The most interesting thing is that one neighbor does not only have the same provider, but also the same router, the same router firmware as mine, the same config (different login / password for access, of course) and everything works as before.
In general, PSN is being wasted, I still can’t play the GTA robberies, and in general, the console without the network component is very very poor.
Now the error is NW-31456-9. Previously, if I’m not mistaken, it was of the form XX-xx987-x.
