NEW POWERFUL HEROES!
This update adds Shaolin Master Kun Lao from Mortal Kombat 9 and classic Jax Briggs from Mortal Kombat 3 to the game! Master Shaolin Kun Lao is a character of the golden rank, who can be obtained for free in the test mode. Entering the battle, he increases the charge of power of all martial artists in his team by 50%. If he knocks out an opponent, this bonus increases to 100%! Classic Jax is the new diamond-level hero in MKX mobile. Watch the moon! When Jax blocks the attacks of opponents, he may not receive damage. By blocking the main attacks, Jax is somewhat likely to weaken the enemy, deplete his strength or cause injury. Jax is available as part of the Elite Suite or the new Elite Pro Suite.

His passive ability "Double Vision" allows sometimes to inflict damage not only on the active opponent, but on one additional player who does not participate in the battle. Find a new equipment map with a flask of Bo Paradise Cho - it will be useful to him!
• Meet the warrior Shokan Kintaro - this is one of the most violent fighters from the outside world. His passive ability, Shokan's Mastery, gives him a chance, after blocking a special technique, to jump on an opponent and hit him with fire, causing lasting damage.

Update 1.16.1 adds the “Assignments” mode to the game - a new way to get rewards in MKX Mobile. It's simple: choose a character and send it to a time-limited task, complete it and get a reward! Some tasks have special requirements for the type of characters, which, if followed, increases the chance of success, so it is important to choose the right cards. Assignments are ranked by difficulty and risk: the higher the risk, the better the reward! Open the map of the outside world and start the task!
FRACTION WARS BECOME BETTER
Faction wars are becoming more exciting. In the updated faction wars, there are even more ways to win, additional rewards and a new character enhancement set (Blood Ruby card set) for the faction war seasons, and a chance to get unique equipment in case of victory.
NEW WARRIORS COME INTO FIGHT
Update 1.16 adds three characters to the game. Meet Classic Milina, Raiden from Injustice 2, and Jackie Briggs in a costume. Milina’s passive ability allows her to steal part of the health of a knocked out enemy. Terrible final combo hits and special moves of Raiden hit both the opponent and his entire team. Jackie Briggs in a costume acts as the new character of the trials. In battle, it can turn into various ninjas, each of which gives a unique effect and VERY BIG bonuses against a certain type of rivals. The Mortal Kombat series celebrates its 25th anniversary with the release of exclusive new characters for MKX Mobile! Fight in the test mode to earn the “Tiger Frenzy” style for Goro, open the classic Goro in the new “Elite” set and get the Conqueror Shao Kahn, collecting shards of soul in a completely new game mode.
The hunt for relics
In honor of the 25th anniversary of the Mortal Kombat series, update 1.15 will add to the game a new mode, “Relic of the Relics”. Fight in the temple of Shao Kahn and collect relics of the Elder God. Destroy these relics to free the soul of Shao Kahn as a new diamond character!
Conquest of the Outside World
The conqueror Shao Kahn, the classic Tiger's Frenzy Goro and Goro will ensure victory for any squad. Here are just some of their awesome special moves and passive skills:
• Once per match, Shao Kahn can destroy an adversary whose health is below a certain value, using the special attack “Emperor's Flying”
• Classic Goro is able to withstand enormous damage and return to battle after losing once per match
• Goro's Tiger Frenzy's final combo attacks and special moves can inflict gradual fire damage on the victim.
