Not exactly, the processor itself remained at the same level, but the graphics have greatly improved. They promise a gain almost doubled thanks to 16 actuators versus 4 in old atoms. Well, plus the memory bandwidth increased.

According to reviews, Pro holds 6-7 hours, Surface 3 apparently for a couple of hours will be longer. As for me - a significant plus.
Pro - active cooling system. Personally, I do not care for the noise, but the fan is a potential problem with dust and, as a result, poor cooling (especially considering the hot temper of the Pro).
Well, maybe it's important to someone that surface 3 is a little bit easier than Pro.

and smaller. IMHO, the surface is still in the category of custom tablets. pro - a strong bias towards professional use.

I would change my rt to 3-ku with a surcharge if ms arranges such an action. for now rt is quite plowing. It only slows down - especially on heavy sites, but nothing.
