To be honest, I am somewhat surprised that a whole section is set aside for iapple tablets, and for some reason, ms tablets fall into "and others." Well, yes, the forum owners know better.

As the current owner of ms surface rt and the short-term owner of ms surface 2, I can say that the surface from ms line is a very interesting class of devices, combining pure tablet capabilities (comparable to the capabilities of iPads or tablets on an android) and desktop operating systems.

Surface 3, although it is the successor of the surface and surface 2 model line, is in fact a device that is closer to the "pro" line: the intel processor, stylus support and, most importantly, the win 8.1 operating system (instead of windows RT, which only lazy did not swear). on the other hand, the dimensions and weight of the surface 3 are quite comparable with previous devices - 622 g of weight and 8.7 mm of thickness.

so, if someone needs a device like an “adult” surface, but not as cumbersome and heavy as surface 3 pro (and not as productive), wait for May 5, when ms rolls out a new surface to the counters.

pricing has its own laws. I recently settled Lenovo yoga 3 pro with M-5Y71 (1.2GHz base frequency with overclocking to 2.9) - they promise to install the same on new MacBooks. So I am not very pleased with the performance of this process. lenovo thinkpad yoga on the i7-4500U rips out the M-percent, like a dildo warmer. Of course, it may be wrong to compare with i7, but that came to hand. but heat dissipation - yes - 4.5W versus 15.

Intel themselves are positioning core m not as a killer of U, but as a sort of expensive atom. For expensive very compact ultrabooks. It can quickly increase the frequency and also quickly resets it.

Vitee_Ok, in the near future, no. I want to see what's new from the tablets before the summer, and then choose the best option.
I personally care about:
1. Windows 8/10
2. Working time not less than 8 hours (video viewing)
3. Full USB
4. Stylus (for which there is a place in the tablet case)
5. Fingerprint scanner (I think it's a handy thing)

The subject has three and a half points that I want to see in the tablet. We need to see what Surface pro 4 will be like.
