I want to share my story.

Climbed to the Internet, look for a solution to the problem. Found nothing except this topic. I read everything, I realized that it was time to open the console and watch what kind of chip. I opened the prefix inside turned out to be Rk3128, without any radiators and fans. On the board, marking TXCZ-RK3128-V2.4. Began to look for firmware for Rk3128. On the Chinese site I found the firmware TXCZ-RK3128-V2.3, downloaded, the drivers and utility for the firmware were included with the firmware. The trouble is that the console does not have either a mini or micro YUSB inputs, there are only two full-sized ones. Found 2 cables YUSB, and soldered so that you get a cable with two large connectors. I launched the utility, selected the file with the firmware, clamped the reset button on the console, and connected the cable. The utility recognized the prefix and flooded the firmware. True, it turned out to be some kind of Chinese crap, without the ability to choose a language and not at all like an android. But the most important thing is that the firmware process has started. The second firmware downloaded from the Internet was launched, but it did not work wifi. The third time was lucky, the naked android was loaded and all the functions worked.
