Recently received from Beeline this unit. Spetsom asked them for this particular model due to the presence of the SCART connector.
I wanted:
1. High quality RGB signal (there is no HDMI in the TV set)
2. Auto-switching of TV from air mode to AV (according to SCART, such a signal is transmitted - command for TV).
And because of this, auto-switching is now a trivial problem. In the course of the signal is transmitted somehow crooked. Auto TV does not switch. If you plug in the connector, even in the air mode, a blunt and unsynchronized image from the console is output on the screen, and the sound goes ethereal. If the TV set with its own remote control is forced to switch to AV - a full-fledged picture and sound comes from the console.
As a result - with the plug connected you can only watch the console. To watch TV from the air, you must either completely pull out the connector, or completely cut off the console from the mains (disconnecting to stand-by mode does not help). :(

Theoretically, when you turn on the console from it, a signal should be sent to the TV set that you need to switch to AV mode, and when you turn off the console, return to the air, to the channel where you were before.
Also on the remote there is a mysterious and nowhere described "TV / Video" button, which I suspect should send / disable this signal forcibly, while the console is in operation. But this button also has no reaction.

How to solve this problem? Tell me!

Do not offer to connect via adapters or SCART / RCA and SCART / S-video adapter cables. I chose a prefix with SCART for the sake of a divided RGB picture.
Stupidly cutting off 8 and 16 feet in a SCART cable is also not an option. I wanted exactly autoswitch.

A couple of years ago there was another prefix from Rostelecom. There was a similar problem with it, only in the TV broadcast mode there was a spoiled and black-and-white ethereal picture. The rest is still the same.
