Well, do not compare the Xbox 360 and SHIELD Console only in terms of characteristics. These are completely different platforms (programmatically). The Xbox 360 is good with games released for it, which are not on the console, or not yet (some).
Well, there is no sense from 4K, because there is no content (foreign services do not count, for this you need to live in the USA) and the prices for TVs are exorbitant. 4K will shoot in 3-4 years, not earlier, but by that time you can already look at 4K directly on the phone in its original resolution.

But the console is undoubtedly interesting, let's see how compatible it is with games from Google.
