Tried to flash Livesuit with this guide -

BP firmware manual

Unpacking the LiveSuit_32Bit.zip or Livesuit_Win7_64bit.rar archive (depending on the OS I have 32bit) to any place on the hard drive
We connect the DVR (hereinafter BP) to a computer via USB and select in the "Disc" menu
Next, open the program folder and run the program using LiveSuit.exe

In the program window that appears, select "SelectImg" and select the desired firmware with the img extension and click "Open"

The program will give a warning about saving a backup before starting the operation (I did not find how to do it without the help of the programmer), click "Yes"
Next, the program will ask in which mode to flash BP. As I understood, yes, choose if the boot loader crashes and No for the normal firmware method.

But after pressing "YES", it turned off and no longer turns on.

Drivers on the mirror installed without problems -

... but the program itself when I click "update", says that it can not transfer the device to update mode.

And when the program is started and waiting for the connection of the device, and I connect it, it issues it here -

By the way, for the sake of experiment, I tried to format the flash for NTFS, inserted almost the same picture, only the logo disappeared in a split second, and not as usual (about a second).

2. I know only three firmwares ("... one of a thousand ...").
