After the restoration, I put the best in my opinion Windows 8.1 assembly fromjp2008, here's the link:Yandex.

1. Format the flash drive to fat32 and ntfs, be sure to rename it to "Winpe" (without the quotes).
2. Download and unzip the file, the contents of the folder "Windows 8.1 with Bing RU x86 update 21.12.2014" copy on a USB flash drive.
3. Make sure that the tablet does not have a microSD card, connect the USB flash drive and keyboard to the tablet via a hub (not necessarily with power).
4. Turn on the tablet and press DEL until you get into the BIOS.
5. In the BIOS, go to the last bookmark (right arrow) and select your flash drive from the bottom of the list, press Enter, boot from the flash drive will go.
6. At the end of the installation, in the command window will be “COMPLETE! Restart or turn off device”, you can turn it off by holding the power button for a long time, or press any key on the keyboard, remove the USB flash drive.
Recommendation: after formatting the flash drive, open "Control Panel \ Administrative Tools \ Computer Management \ Disk Management" and look for the partition on the flash drive to be marked "Active", if not, make it that way (right mouse button - make it active).
PS: Installation takes place automatically with the removal of all the partitions on the internal hard drive.
