1) As mentioned, it sometimes crashes with an error PlayMarket (PM). And while testing strange somehow it turns out.
Google apps like calendar, utub and others when trying to download PM crashes at completely different stages of installation or download (after tormenting the device, nothing in the end is put).
But let's say ES Explorer, PowerAmp, AndroidAssis installed without too much creaking.
Another "glitch" from PM - when you install the application, downloads it - crashes - but installs it (which it reports in the notification area).
I also noticed that when I restart or shut down (again, 2 times out of 10) a triangle appears with an exclamation mark (in notifications) the inscription "like" Google service error. See that as no time.

2) I did not understand the problem or the "glitch" with autorun and administration of the antivirus (in this case drweb). Essence - set to work.
Rebooted or turned off the device - start only manually. Okay, I run it works - but there are functions to block the smart when it is stolen or
erasing data if the password is entered incorrectly, and this requires that drweb is the device administrator (well, plus it is loaded by autostart). Google can also be an administrator (block the phone remotely), BUT in the menu where you need to tick "admins" after restarting, the tick "yourself" is removed. 3) I did not understand the addition of accounts (passports). Google works as always and everywhere.
