I myself saw today and drool and flow :-P
I think I found a car for the future after Lucas. Here is the announcement of the device with thg.ru:
LifeBook U810 from the companyFujitsuwhose cost is $ 1000.

The LifeBook U810 (also known as the LifeBook U1010 or FMV-U8240) weighs a little over 700 g. The device is equipped with a 5.6 "swivel display with a resolution of 1024 x 600, an Intel A110 processor, 1 GB of DDR2 memory, a hard disk with a capacity of 40 GB, as well as Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR and Atheros Super AG 802.11a / b / g modules. The solution includes a 10/100 Mbps network controller, a USB 2.0 port, a VGA output, slots for memory cards of CompactFlash and Secure Digital formats, and a QWERTY keyboard and a fingerprint scanner.

[IMG] http://www.thg.ru/technews/images/lifebook_u810_2-150807.jpg [/ IMG]

LifeBook U810 is equipped with a 4 cell battery with a capacity of 5200 mAh, which, as stated, is enough for 5.5 hours of battery life. The solution will hit the shelves during September with preinstalled Windows Vista (Home Premium) or Windows XP Tablet PC Edition.
[/ quote]

Most of all, the advanced wireless technologies pleased us most, namely, BT 2.0 + EDR and a wafer on a steep Atheros chipset :-P
Also, the battery is very pleased and the work time.
Thank God that Fujitsu finally got rid of Siemens and began to create really powerful devices!
"weighs a little over 700 g."
too heavy and even too big for a pocket, but it's worth it, at least for the fact that it is a miniature tablet with a normal screen. and the form factor allows either a book to be read by folding the display on the keyboard or by placing it as a laptop and watching a movie - THIS IS A DEVICE FOR FILMS !!! now it is not necessary to hemorrhage with the cradle as a stand - it keeps itself !!
It has USB 2.0 port !! A pair of pieces certainly would not hurt, and then one is compared as an unfinished usb-host, through which it is necessary to connect everything through the formula "* OPA x 3 = X3"
although I think one port is enough .. bluetooth mouse taxis =) but just in case it is better to have a miniature USB hub cable to purchase x4 ports.
I hope the bundle will be an excellent handbag for carrying over the shoulder with pockets for different peripherals, such as Yusb-Habik, Extra-Accum, memory cards, and of course in the other style))

SHANGRI-lA itself
_http://www.handy.ru/a/2007/06/28/6948.html
like shift
_http://www.thg.ru/technews/20070813_090055.html
have two system configurations.
In this case, the device from Fuji is not a poket, but a normal configuration for a full-fledged axis with an excellent business design and a convenient form factor.

mo3ulla,
what is a mabila not satisfied with as waiting / goporez modem?
But then somehow it is not ice with shovels at the head to talk.
----------
Being, dug the characteristics of the device on the Fuji homepage:
_http://www.fujitsu.com/sg/services/computing/pc/products/notebook/u1010/specs.html

Optional Accessories - do they mean that they are not included?
in this case:
Judging by the description, the usual battery will be 2600mAh, and the additional one at 5200 will have to be purchased ...

I have been using Fujitsu U1010 for 2 months now (aka U8240, aka U810, aka U50WN, depending on the country for which it is supplied). Bought on the Internet, on some Japanese site, all along with the add. a large battery and case cost in terms of rubles 37 tr.
I can say about the machine only good reviews:
Before her, I had a Toshiba Libretto U100, compared to her, the keyboard Fujika is much better and more convenient. But the buttons are smaller, but even with my bodybuilder's sausages, the texts are typed easily and without problems - the buttons move is very soft and tangible .. I made Russian letters on the keyboard with laser engraving.
Now it's WinXP, it works great, the only thing is that there are no drivers to automatically flip the screen when it rotates, you have to manually switch it.
In general, I am very satisfied with the machine - I advise everyone who needs mobility to watch a movie on a business trip and at the same time you can work on it thanks to the normal clavier - not like in Sony UX180
