On 43 firmware in general, you can get a root?

We do a rollback to the 41st firmware, we get the root according to the instructions in the header, we sew on 43 and voilapossiblyYou will have a rutted 43 firmware
“maybe” because this method did not work for me the first time, I didn’t bother, and at 41 it’s not bad for me. But people write that this method works.

Tell me, is the root for 43 firmware impossible at all? Or is it a matter of time. And who can know how about 5.0 for our little animal, do you have any plans for Asus?

5.0 Promised in April 2015. Whether it will be specific to our device is unknown.
Route 43 firmware is possible only when installed on the 41st firmware
and subsequent upgrade to the 43rd. This is written in the cap.
No other way yet.

It's not only in the firmware case. I'm after all the horrors of the 40th firmware, (you better not know about it!)
I upgraded to the 41st and was happy, like an elephant. But my use mode is as follows:
1. I use it only as a tablet. (I don’t use the phone.)
2. Mostly internet surfing. (3G Internet is permanently on, Megafon SIM card)
3. I do not play heavy games.
4. The tablet is turned on from about 9 am to 00 am (I turn it off completely at night).
5. The device is rutted, most of the pre-installed applications are disabled.
In this mode of use, the tablet lives on one charge for two days.
During the Internet surfing free about 200-210 mb. Of operations.
Summarizing, the 41st firmware suits me completely and completely! : thank_you:

why do you turn off for the night? When on and off. Charge takes more than 8 hours in flight mode

First of all, I do not know what firmware you have. If rollback from 43 to 41, then read carefully
this instruction. Compare your actions with her. Some users managed to flash
not the first time.
Secondly, try this and that, if it fails with micro sd, you can try
Do not rename the internal archive (which is in the archive) and drop it into the root of the internal memory of the tablet.
Although the official firmware for rollback is not designed, it can happen.

Good day. I now have out of the box 38th firmware.
Should I put the 41st?
Are there any critical changes?

I already wrote that the 41st works fine for me.
If you need a root, then upgrade to the 41st, put the root, if necessary
and that's it. Up to the 43rd update I see no point.
Moreover, the root on the 43rd is not set.

Do not put the root on 41. I did everything according to the instructions. Did anyone have a similar and how to overcome? :)

Do not put the root on 41.

So somewhere, something missed. Must be set. Try not the last version, but the penultimate one (Root zen background, I mean.)

Guys, someone met with such a problem - after locking the tablet, it turns off and then turns on again. Now what to go all the time with the screen on? Bought a tablet today. Firmware 43, did rollback, nothing helps.
