Find out the device version ...
To check the hardware version of your TP-LINK device, flip it over and look at the sticker on the bottom panel. In the field where the serial number (Serial Number) is indicated is the character string “Ver: X.Y” (for example, Ver: 1.0), in which the X is the hardware version of the device. That is, if the line looks like this - “Ver: 1.1” - this means that the hardware version of the device is V1.
If you did not find the version designation at the end of the FFC-ID: then you most likely have V1.x

Okay, I’ll say differently, who can help put some sensible firmware on this router?

Advise the firmware for working with a 4G modem. Router 3420 v2 3.16.9 150116, modem E8372h. The problems started. Previously, worked more or less stable. Now when the modem is connected, it determines it and after a few minutes it loses touch. There is Wifi on the modem, if you connect to it, then the Internet is there, i.e. modem is working. I tried to change the usb port and power supply. Remained the last version of custom firmware. I can not decide what in my case will suit me.

Guys, I urgently need help! Forgive me for not being in that subject, but I don’t know where to turn anymore ... TP-LINK TD-W8968 router. The samsung m2070fw printer does not want to connect to the wifi from this go ** router. To the access point from a smartphone, a Sadjekom router, a tablet — it connects and prints ... They couldn't help with the support of the tp link. The stitching is the last one, the reset was done, the hammer was already prepared: wallbash:

Tell me pliz how to put u-boot? There is a version 2.2 router, I installed Gargoyle, but I want to assemble the firmware to fit my needs.
You can take steps .. It is not clear where to take and whether it is necessary? Pin, poppy address and so on and change them in this bootloader

* Region (95),
And the distribution from the smartphone allows? If yes, you can configure the router as a bridge

The 4G Yota modem is connected to an active USB Hub, the Internet is periodically dumped on all computers connected via wi-fi to the tp link mr 3420 rev2 router.
In the GoldenOrb firmware 2019-03-10, the control of the modem is configured, when the connection to the Internet is lost, the router restarts.
After rebooting the router, the Internet appears on all computers connected via WiFi to it.
The modem does not restart and continues to count down the time from the moment of connection, it is powered by the hub. Consequently, the router for some reason chops off the Internet.
What could be the reason?
This hub is installed:

I really liked the firmware Gargoyle PL 1.6.2.2, I patched my TP-Link 3420v2.2 to it. The router works on it very quickly, it does not hang. No problem in it changed TTL = 64. On the RusBee4G firmware, the device strongly slowed down, I did not want to create a wifi access point more than 54g. Shorter demolished it, was pleased. What I lacked in the stock firmware was found in Gargoyle.

Tell me, please, how difficult is ttl fixed there?

* Vadnov,
iptables -t mangle -A POSTROUTING -j TTL --ttl-set 64
echo "iptables -t mangle -A POSTROUTING -j TTL - http-set 64">>/etc/firewall.user
/etc/init.d/firewall restart

P.sonly after rebooting everything merges
