After launching with TELE2, no channel is visible, only a black blank screen. Why, are there hypotheses?

I always showed everything on CM13 and on CM12.1, and did not slow down if the network signal was normal. The only cant was that sometimes when you start the machine put the lowest resolution and it was impossible to choose another. Decided to restart. Conditions do not suit.
