I don’t know how it works, because I don’t work in the WP billing department from MS, but I can assume (especially considering that MS is a huge bureaucratic machine). Look, I put the price on the app at $ 1.99; This price has been converted to local currencies at the current exchange rate. for Russia for that memo (then the ruble was stable) the price was 66 rubles. For a long time, the amounts received by calculating purchases (in statistics) coincided with "processed since last payment" (minus MS commission of 30%). MS pays me in USD, naturally, so for an application sold in Russia for 66 rubles, I received $ 1.60. Now the ruble exchange rate has changed dramatically, and for 66 rubles they (without loss) have to pay me only $ 0.70, but the total amount "processed since last payment" is the same (approximately) as in August and May last year (less, of course, taking into account the general decline of the WP Market).
What I personally assume is that now there are some misunderstandings in payments between Russian providers and MS, this has affected the amount I received in December (but this, of course, is only my assumptions).
