3. The size of the buttons - at least 7mm in height and width, less than one thumb does not get.
4. Thus, the layout is obtained for the Russian language 7 buttons in 5 rows. Probably, in the lower rows, their beginning is shifted by one free position.
5. Above the button "Delete character", "Change language" and "Change to numbers", as well as the text box. In height - another sixth row.

The entire keyboard is displayed in the same way as the current T9 keyboard. Yes, the symbol for missing characters (#) will not be, it is not needed in my estimation.
