ModemApplication.exe is part of the dashboard for Alcatel modems, not part of the firmware. Why are you trying to debug it using OllyDbg, frankly, it is not clear;) Naturally, this dashboard can work not only with X602D. So there is nothing surprising in your "find" no.

I met such a problem with this modem, it is installed and working on a stationary computer and laptop, Acer is installed on a netbook but does not work, when I try to connect via a standard program - I click connect - a distinctive connection sound sounds (and instantly), the program sees a modem, but not happening. What I did not try, I created them, deleted them, installed other drivers under the profile, tried to create them into a manual dial-up connection - it doesn’t see a modem for some reason, have any ideas how to solve the problem, and can still interfere with Avast connection? And yet - for some reason, it creates two profiles beeline home and beeline internet.

P.S. It was decided, maybe someone will need it, the telephony service and dependent services along the chain were disconnected, having restored their work - achieved that the Internet was working.
