Google has always promoted the product 2-3 at the same time with similar functionality.

In the program settings disable vibrate, then choose any SMS ->People & options
there jackdaw on vibrate installed, and so on all chains.
how to turn off vibrate for all sms at once?

SMS with Hangouts is not particularly taken by the people, therefore, to make a separate application for a special SMS.
