There is a lot of water on Reddit, but the essence is perceptible: the developer was pressured from Nintendo and she stopped further development. I hope the project picked up (if not already picked up).

Good news! Emulator development will continue under the new name Nitrogen. The development team includes people who worked on NDS4iOS.
